STUNS AND SKULLS WORLD CHALLENGE EVENT
DOUBLE OR NOTHING
The one-nil Dwarf Grind Boring. God forbid 0-0 draw is boring and those coaches that stall for a one-nil victory are double boring. Well in this competition if you win 1-0 you are out together with your opponent. WHAT!!!!! You say. Yep you read that right if you win and you only score one touchdown you are out also. People want a big show and a nil-nil draw or just 1 touchdown is no good here.
THE RULES
In this event you must score two touchdowns to proceed to the next round. It can be 1-1 at full time and as long as you score in overtime that will count as two touchdowns and you can progress. If it’s 0-0 at fulltime you will have to score TWICE in overtime to progress. If it’s 1-1 after overtime and it goes to penalties it doesn’t matter who wins the kickoff you are both out.If it’s 2-2 after overtime and it goes to penalties, the winner can progress to the next round.
If after each round we have an odd number then we will give one lucky loser a pass into the next round. It will be via random Anyone who scored two touchdowns or more in a loss get the chance of the losers spot first and then only those who scored a single touchdown will have the chance to win this spot. If none of them scored they all will be eligible in the draw. If only one coach scored in their loss and all other coaches failed to do so then that person automatically takes the lucky loser spot.
- All races can be taken in this event.
- Two Minute Turns with time bank.
- Resurrection Tournament.
- You will get seven days to get your game in. What will be Monday to Sunday.
ROSTERS
To make this a challenge you will get your standard 1000 gold and no extra skills, it will be all fresh teams. This will test your ability with no super star players able to save you here.
INDUCEMENTS AND STAR PLAYERS
No Star players allowed and no inducements allowed either. Note that Nuffles prayer cant turned off, so if you have lower TV you might get some.
RESURRECTION TOURNAMENT
It is a resurrection Tournament so after each game your team goes back to how it was before the game. So if you lose players don’t worry they will be back for the next game. Also you cannot get experience and level your players either. So your teams you create will keep the same for the full journey in the competition.
FORMAT
Each round will be a simple knock out tournament with an overtime option if needed to find the winner. The loser of that match is out of the competition and their dream is over (Unless they become a lucky loser). The winner moves onto the next round as long as she/he scored two touchdowns. Repeat the same process until we get to the final and the winner of that is the Double-Or-Nothing Champion as long as he scores two touchdowns in the final. All rounds apart from the final will be random and drawn on Bernie’s Twitch. If neither team scores two touchdowns in the final then whoever scored the most touchdowns combined from all their playoff games will be crowned the winner.
THE PRIZE
The two finalists will both receive a ticket to the main event tournament. This ticket will give them a great chance to win the overall World Challenge ticket and a place at the Nacon World Challenge event with a chance to win some amazing prizes: Could be cold hard cash or some great prizes that are still to be revealed.
LIMITED REGISTRATION
There will be a limit on sign ups to this event, to make sure the event runs as smoothly as it can. So make sure if you want in then you register as soon as registration opens to avoid disappointment.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Here at stuns and skulls our main aim is for a fun vibrant happy place for everyone to get along and enjoy their love for Blood Bowl. It is a safe space to make friends and just have a laugh and get along. Stuns do not condone any racists, homophobic or any type of bullying towards members. Any found guilty of this will be disqualified straight away and banned from future events. If there are more World Challenge events they will be banned from all those as well. And also removed from our discord server. Also you may name your players but any racist or homophobic names will see your team Disqualified.

FINAL THOUGHTS
The Bias here is obviously on teams that can score quick and easy but that doesn’t mean you cannot try the likes of dwarves and orcs. The decision comes down to you and when to score. Do you stall till turn 8 and then hope to turn him over and score in the second half knowing that if neither of you score you will both be out. It gives another twist and challenges to the coach on another level. So don’t be a Bore! Go out there and score!
